Green Finance & Beyond: Driving ESG Value Across Sectors
Accelerating sustainable finance, responsible investment, and ESG innovation across banking, industry, and public sectors.
As the UAE advances its net-zero agenda under Federal Decree-Law No. (11), this Dialogue explores how strategic investments in Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Hospitality can unlock green finance and drive measurable ESG outcomes.
These high-impact sectors are essential to attracting sustainability-linked capital:
-Real Estate leads through green buildings and energy-efficient infrastructure.
-Manufacturing benefits from clean technologies and sustainable supply chains.
-Hospitality is adopting green bonds and resource-efficient operations to reduce environmental impact.
Financial institutions in the UAE are mobilizing billions in sustainable finance by 2030, using rigorous ESG frameworks to guide funding decisions, assess project impact, and ensure transparency. Through collaboration with regulators and industry, they are turning ESG ambition into real-world transformation, positioning the UAE as a regional and global leader in the sustainable finance movement.
