Before joining Aramex, Manosij was based in London, where he played a pivotal role at the Energy Transitions Commission and Mission Possible Partnership (MPP), leading large-scale industry and mobility decarbonization initiatives. As Global Program Director at BP in London, he led transformative sustainability programs across multiple continents. Earlier in his career, Manosij spent time with Shell and worked as a strategy consultant at Booz & Co, advising clients across industries on growth, operations, and sustainability.

Nadia Boumeziout is an accomplished Sustainability leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, marketing, and strategic communications. With a wealth of experience, she seamlessly bridges strategy and implementation, managing impactful initiatives while upholding a steadfast commitment to transparency and integrity. Her dynamic leadership and strategic thinking drive sustainable practices, leaving a lasting impact on organizations, the environment and society.

Faisal Mohammed AlShimmari, a seasoned Emirati leader with an illustrious 29-year career, is the Head of ESG at Mashreq. In this capacity, Faisal wields his extensive expertise to steer Mashreq towards a future marked by sustainable growth and adherence to the highest standards of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

Georges Hajj is Currently the Senior Director for Sustainable Finance at Emirates NBD, supporting the development of the Group’s sustainable strategy which encompasses the issuance of first sustainable finance framework, the first globally Sustainable Linked-Loan Financing Framework, the implementation of Sustainable KPIs, marketing the Bank’s multiple sustainability issuances in the form of Bonds, sukuks and loans, and setting the Governance structure of the ESG team.

Lina is the Regional Head of Sustainable Finance, Middle East, Africa and Pakistan at Standard Chartered Bank. She has over 19 years of banking experience across Sustainable Finance, Corporate Finance, and investment banking, delivering innovative deal origination and execution across various industries and regions.

Mazen is the Head of Sustainability at
Enova, overseeing Hubgrade (Enova’s
Smart Monitoring Center), and all related
digital and sustainability activities within
Enova’s portfolio. This includes live
energy data monitoring, analysis, fault
detection, reporting, and measurement
and verification (M&V) activities. Under
his leadership, the team has grown
fourfold, and the number of Hubgradeconnected data points has increased by
more than twentyfold.

Matthew Nobles currently serves as the Director of Sustainability Accounting & Controllership at

GE Vernova, where he leads the development and implementation of the corporate framework

for sustainability accounting and reporting, ensuring alignment with global sustainability

standards and strategic business objectives. Matthew has been with GE for more than 16 years

and has a proven leadership track record in Finance, Audit and Compliance, working on four

continents and across multiple industries. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the

University of Florida, has completed executive education programs in Sustainability at Harvard

and MIT, and has multiple certifications including CMA, CIA, CFE, FSA, and GRI. Based in

Dubai since 2011, Matthew balances his professional life with personal interests in the financial

markets, reading, and spending valuable time with his wife and two young children.
